WHAT TO DO

Thank you for helping bring joy to nursing home residents! Follow these easy steps:

1. Make some handmade cards (store-bought ones are also an option). Use construction paper, stickers, rhinestones, ribbon, hot glue – have fun!

2. Due to HIPPA law, we can't know residents' names. Address your card 'Dear Friend,' 'Dear Soul,' 'Dear Special Person," etc.

3. What to say? Write a short uplifting message, a joke, a poem or a spiritual passage. See our gallery for ideas.

4. Take photos of your beautiful cards to post on Instagram @nursinghomecardproject, Facebook @nursinghomecardproject and tag others! The more people that know about this project the better!

5. Preferably, put cards into individual envelopes with one of the above greetings. If you're short on time, one large envelope is fine.

6. Mail to our Nursing Home of the Month:
